In this virtual magazine suppliers and manufacturers of Automatic Identification and Mobile Data Collection can have their names and place of location mentioned in our 'companies' columns free of charge. Mentioning of your internet address and/or your e-mail address is done by subscription including a hyperlink connection to your own website or to have e-mails into your own mailbox. It is also possible by subscription to mention your company in our columns by means of a company profile. You can either be mentioned on one quarter of a 4A page, on its half or even on a full A4 page. The fees are mentioned below. Our 'rules of the game' are as follows:

1 - Your company subscribes to be mentioned in the internet magazine DutchRFID.nl, DutchRFID.com or in both for a minimum period of three months in case of just a simple hyperlink towards your own website or being mentioned with your e-mail address. Being mentioned with a company profile the minimum period is one calendar month, starting the first day of that month. The maximum subscription period is 12 months continuously. When the company doesn't reports by e-mail towards the management of DutchRFID the wish to end the subscription, any subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period. By subscribing this rule will be fully accepted.

2 - As soon as the subscription fee is paid, DutchRFID will put the hyperlink and/or the e-mail address into the magazine and will make sure that those connections are in full operation. In case of e-mails towards the subscriber, DutchRFID will not be responsible in any way for the contents of those e-mails.

3 - In case of a company profile, the company takes care of the content of its profile. DutchRFID is not responsible for this content and cannot or will not be responsible for any action, connected to the contents of the company profile. The company profile can be in the format on quarter of an A4 page, half an A4 page or a full A4 page format. The company profile contents the hyperlink to the subscribers website and/or e-mail address.

4 - Being mentioned as a subscribing company, you can choose to be mentioned in just the Dutch language version or in just the English language version or in both versions. The fees mentioned below are in euro's and exc. VAT. Holland-based companies have to pay a VAT rate of 6 percent:

5 - All fees have to be paid in advance as are the rules of all internet providers. At the moment the fee is paid on our bank account, the hyperlink and/or e-mail address will be activated.

6 - Subscribers contact the management of DutchRFID either by e-mail, fax or telephone. They receive an e-mail as confirmation including an invoice made by MS Excel. As soon this invoice is paid to the bank account mentioned on it, the subscription will be fully operational. If a renewal invoice is not paid on the bank account by the first of the month of the new period, the hyperlink and/or e-mail address will be deleted without any warning. Immediately after paying the links will be renewed.
